Who we are

Loopy is an artificial intelligence assistant for microbusinesses. This page explains what data we collect when you use our site or talk to the assistant, and what we use it for.

What data we collect

• Messages you send to the Loopy chat on this site, so we can reply and keep context in the conversation.
• The details you fill in on the waitlist form (name, email and, if you share them, details about your business).
• If you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of the conversation.

What we use it for

• Reply to your messages and keep the conversation's context.
• Contact you if you joined the waitlist.
• Improve how the assistant works.

Who we share data with

We use infrastructure and artificial intelligence providers (like Anthropic, the provider of the model that powers Loopy) to process conversations. We don't sell your data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep the conversation history so we can give you continuity and improve the product. If you'd like us to delete your data, contact us (see below).
